CONTEST CHALLENGE TASK ROUND #2

1)     Load the circuit 555_AST.SCH from the EXAMPLES folder in the TINA  directory.

2) Determine C, R1, and R2 so that this circuit will produce a 1kHz square wave with 50% duty cycle. Be sure to include your step-by-solution. 

3). Verify your design using TINA. Adjust the Analysis/Analysis Parameters/Tr. Max. relative increment parameter for better resolution. Submit your results by copying and pasting the schematic (with your new values) and the result of a Transient Analysis into a WordPad, MS Word, or a PDF document. You may send the file in zipped form if you prefer. 

4) Email your result to us and we will publish the most elegant winning solutions on our website.
